Ingredient：
Sweet Dates, Dried Pear, Sauropi Folium, Sweet Almonds, Armeniacae Semen Amarum, Ganoderma Lucidum, White Fungus.
This product contains tree nuts.

Dosage：
(for 2-4 persons)
1) Wash the meat and blanch them in boiling water.
2) Wash and soak all ingredients for a few minutes.
3) Add all ingredients into 8 bowls of boiling water, then slow cook for 2 hours.
4) Add salt for taste.
