Ingredient：

Sweet Dates, Dried Pear, Sea Coconut, Loquat Leaf, Sweet and bitter almonds, White Fungus.

Dosage：

(for 2 persons)

1) Wash the meat and blanch them in boiling water.

2) Wash and soak all ingredients for a few minutes.

3) Add all ingredients into 8 bowls of boiling water, then slow cook for 1 hours.

4) Add salt for taste.
